Barcamp ဆိုတာ နည္းပညာဖလွယ္ပြဲတခုျဖစ္ၿပီး ပံုမွန္ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ၊ အစည္းအေ၀း၊ ေတြ ့ဆံုပြဲစတာေတြလို ႀကိဳတင္ စီမံထားတဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္ေတြ ထားရွိျခင္းမရွိဘဲ တက္ေရာက္လာတဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္၊ ပညာရွင္၊ ၀ါသနာရွင္ေတြက ကိုယ့္ရဲ ့အေတြ ့အၾကံဳ၊ နည္းပညာ၊ ဗဟုသုတ၊ အၾကံဥာဏ္ေတြကို ေဖာ္ထုတ္စုစည္းႏိုင္ဖို ့ လက္ေတြ ့အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ၾကဖို ့အတြက္ ေျပာခ်င္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာေတြကို တခ်ိန္ထဲ တၿပိဳင္ထဲမွာ အမ်ားအျပား ေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ ေနရာမ်ားစြာ ကို ဖန္တီးေပးမယ့္ ပြဲတခု ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ လြတ္လပ္တဲ့စကား၀ိုင္းတခုလည္းၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ဘယ္လိုျပဳလုပ္ၾကလဲဆိုေတာ့ Barcamp စီစဥ္သူေတြက တက္ေရာက္လာၿပီး မိမိေျပာလိုတဲ့ ေဆြးေႏြးလိုတဲ့အေၾကာင္းအရာေတြကို သီးသန္ ့တင္ျပႏိုင္ေအာင္ အခန္းေတြနဲ ့အခ်ိန္ေတြ စီမံေပးထားမယ္။ ေျပာလိုတဲ့သူေတြကလည္း မိမိတင္ျပေျပာဆိုလိုတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာ ေခါင္းစဥ္ေတြကို ပြဲမွာ စီစဥ္ထားတဲ့ ေၾကညာသင္ပုန္းမွာ လြတ္လပ္စြာ လာေရာက္ၿပီး မိမိအစီအစဥ္နဲ ့လာကပ္ထားႏိုင္တယ္။ အဲ့ဒီသင္ပုန္းမွာေတာ့ စီစဥ္းထားတဲ့အခန္းနံပါတ္ေတြနဲ ့အခ်ိန္ေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးထားတယ္။

ဒီလိုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲေတြကေနဘယ္လိုရလဒ္ေတြရလာႏိုင္သလဲဆိုေတာ့ မိမိတို ့စိ္တ္၀င္စားတဲ့ နယ္ပယ္အသီးသီးက လြတ္လပ္တဲ့ေတြးေခၚယူဆခ်က္ေတြ အသိပညာ အတက္ပညာေတြ အေတြ ့အၾကံဳေတြ ဗဟုသုတေတြ အစရွိတာေတြကို ၀ါသနာတူေတြ စုစည္းလို ့လြတ္လပ္စြာ အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးလို ့ရတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုအေၾကာင္းအရာေတြလဲဆိုေတာ့ လူမႈေရး၊ စီးပြားေရး၊ နည္းပညာ အစရွိတာေတြနဲ ့နည္းပညာရွိၿပီး စီးပြားေရးအေၾကာင္းသိခ်င္ေနတဲ့သူေတြ၊ စီးပြားေရးနယ္ပယ္ကသူက နည္းပညာပိုင္းအားနည္းေနတဲ့သူေတြ အခ်င္းခ်င္း ေတြ ့ဆံုႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မိမိတို ့ထင္ျမင္ယူဆခ်က္ေတြ သေဘာတရားေတြကို အျပန္အလွန္ ေမးခြန္းထုတ္ၿပီး ေဆြးေႏြးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
Barcamp ကို Barcamp Singapore, Barcamp Vietnam စသျဖင့္ က်င္းပတဲ့ၿမိဳ ့အမည္နဲ ့တြဲၿပီး မွတ္တမ္းတင့္ေလ့ရွိတယ္။ အားရွႏိုင္ငံေတြမွာရွိတဲ့ ၿမိဳ ့အသီးသီးမွာ Barcamp ကို တႀကိမ္ထက္မနည္းက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာျပည္ရဲ ့Barcamp Yangon ကိုေတာ့ ၂၀၁၀ ခုႏွစ္ကစလို ့ႏွစ္စဥ္က်င္းပလာတာ ဒီႏွစ္ကေတာ့ စတုတၳၾကိမ္ေျမာက္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၂၀၁၀ မွာ တက္ေရာက္ေလ့လာသူေပါင္း ၃၀၀၀ခန္ ့၊ ၂၀၁၁ မွာတက္ေရာက္ေလ့လာသူေပါင္း ၄၀၀၀ ခန္ ့၊ ၂၀၁၂ မွာေတာ့ ျပည္တြင္း၊ျပည္ပမွတက္ေရာက္ေလ့လာသူေပါင္း ၅၀၀၀ ခန္ ့နဲ ့ ဒီႏွစ္ ၂၀၁၃ မွာေတာ့ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ မွပြဲတက္ေရာက္ေလ့လာသူေပါင္း ၆၃၀၀ ခန္ ့ႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွာ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ေနတဲ့ ဘားကမ့္ ပြဲမ်ားထက္ စံခ်ိန္တင္ေအာင္ျမင္မႈကို ရရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဒီႏွစ္ Barcamp Yangon 2013 ပြဲကို ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၁၉ ရက္ေန ့နဲ ့ ၂၀ ရက္ေန ့၊ မနက္ ၈ နာရီ မွ ညေန ၅ နာရီ အထိ လိႈင္တကၠသိုလ္နယ္ေျမရွိ MICT Park ၀င္းၾကီးထဲမွာ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး Social Media တိုးတက္ဖြံ ့ၿဖိဳးမႈကိုအဓိကထား ဦးတည္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားပါတယ္။
BarCamp Yangon 2013 ကို တက္ေရာက္ေလ့လာလိုသူေတြအေနနဲ႔ Online Registration ကို BarCamp Yangon ရဲ႕ Official Website ျဖစ္တဲ့ www.barcampyangon.org မွာ ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ online register မွ ရွိလာတဲ့ လက္မွတ္ကို print ထုပ္ၿပီး ဘားကမ့္မွ အမွတ္တရ ရွမ္းလြယ္အိတ္၊တီရွပ္၊ software စီဒီေခြမ်ားႏွင့္ တျခားအမွတ္တရ လက္ေဆာင္ေလးေတြနဲ ့အတူ တက္ေရာက္လို ့ရပါတယ္။ online မွ register မလုပ္ျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့သူေတြအတြက္ ပြဲမွာ offline registration စီစဥ္ေပးထားပါတယ္။
ဒီႏွစ္ပြဲရဲ ့ထူးျခားခ်က္ကေတာ့ Barcamp ပြဲတိုင္းရဲ ့ထံုးစံအရ ပြဲမွာေဆြးေႏြးေျပာၾကားသြားမယ့္ Topic ေခါင္းစဥ္ေတြကိုၾကိဳတင္ေျပာေလ့မရွိေပမယ့္လည္း ဒီႏွစ္မွာေတာ့ ေျပာၾကားလိုတဲ့သူေတြက မိမိတို ့ေျပာလိုတဲ့ Topic ေတြကို ကိုယ္ပိုင္ Blog ေတြ၊ Facebook လို Social Network ေတြမွာ ၾကိဳတင္ေၾကညာႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္တခုကေတာ့ ဒီႏွစ္မွာ နည္းပညာနဲ ့ပတ္သက္လို ့ေ၀မွ်ေပးသြားမယ့္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ နာမည္ၾကီး နည္းပညာ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားမွ ပညာရွင္ ေတြကိုဖိတ္ေခၚထားတဲ့အတြက္ အသိပညာ ပိုမို ရရွိေစပါတယ္။
2013 ရဲ ့Barcamp Yangon ကို ၁၉ ရက္ေန ့ မနက္ ၈ နာရီ တြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကြန္ျပဴတာအသင္းခ်ဳပ္ ဦးခြန္ဦး မွ အဖြင့္အမွာစကားေျပာၾကားဖြင့္လွစ္ခဲ့ၿပီး Barcamp Organizer “Ravi” မွလည္း Barcamp အေၾကာင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဒီႏွစ္ Barcamp Yangon 2013 မွာ ျပဳလုပ္ေဆြးေႏြးမယ့္အခန္းေတြက ယခင္ႏွစ္ေတြထက္ပိုမ်ားလာပါတယ္။ Topic ေခါင္းစဥ္တခုကို 45 မိနစ္စီႏွင့္ အခန္းေပါင္း (၁၂) ခန္းစီစဥ္ထားၿပီး အခ်ိန္ေတြက မနက္ ၉ နာရီ မွ ညေန ၅ နာရီထိ ျပဳလုပ္သြားပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွတက္ေရာက္လာတဲ့ Barcamper ၂၀ ဦးခန့္လည္းတက္ေရာက္လာပါတယ္။ ဒီႏွစ္ပြဲမွာ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွာ ေခတ္စားေနတဲ့ ေနာက္ဆံုးေပၚနည္းပညာဆိုင္ရာမ်ားနဲ ့သက္ဆိုင္တဲ ့အေၾကာင္းအရာေတြကို တက္ေရာက္လာတဲ့ လူငယ္ေတြက အၿပိဳင္အဆိုင္ ေဆြးေႏြး ဖလွယ္မႈေတြျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါ့အျပင္ ေန ့လည္ ၁၂ နာရီ မွ ၁၂-၄၅ ထိကို ထမင္းစားခ်ိန္ သတ္မွတ္ၿပီး ကိုကာကိုလာအေအးႏွင့္ ပရီမီယာေကာ္ဖီပူပူေလးကို အခမဲတိုက္ေကၽြးၿပီး တၿခားစားေသာက္ဖြယ္ရာမ်ားကိုလည္း တက္ေရာက္လာသူေတြအဆင္ေျပေအာင္ စီစဥ္ေပးထားပါတယ္။
